Acetic acid has also been noted to reduce appetite and cravings, aid in digestion, clear up skin, helps fight diseases like diabetes, lowers bad cholesterol, aids in weight loss and encourages optimum digestion.
Try apple-cider vinegar in warm water in the mornings and then with chilled water in the afternoon/evenings for a refreshing beverage with lunch and dinner. Its also great on salads as a dressing or even with a breakfast of eggs and kale
